How long will my therapy take?

It’s also influenced by how deep we go in exploring your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. The fact that you’re here indicates you’re ready for change, which is a great start. Some people notice improvement in their mood after the first session, however for lasting change, it is important that you continue with the therapy process. Understand that the patterns of thinking and feeling that influence how we experience the world have taken years to develop. Transforming these long-standing patterns takes time and effort. Therapy isn’t a quick fix—it requires patience, commitment, and the willingness to do the work. While it may be challenging, it’s often one of the most rewarding journeys you can undertake.
